Great location, expensive for the type of room/ conditions/
The location. Super close to Shibuya crossing and the main stations
The room had carpet on the floor. Being so tiny and only cleaned up every 3 days…it’s just full of dust all over the furniture. For someone who suffers from allergies like me, it’s terrible and almost ruined my stay.

Good option for a stay in Shibuya, nothing fancy but functional
Location was good nd staff were nice.
Check-out was tough, had to wait for nearly 15 minutes for the elevator just to get down from my floor - if you are checking out the same time as everyone else you better not be in a hurry - need a stairs option etc.

APA Hotels are always excellently located, clean, and well equipped with this being no exception.
Location was excellent and the room was very clean and well equipped with everything you could need. Staff were very helpful and can assist with luggage storage and/or delivery services.
It's a very small space so not the best for couples or families. Prefect for solo or business travelers.
