Great location, expensive for the type of room/ conditions/
The location. Super close to Shibuya crossing and the main stations
The room had carpet on the floor. Being so tiny and only cleaned up every 3 days…it’s just full of dust all over the furniture. For someone who suffers from allergies like me, it’s terrible and almost ruined my stay.

Good option for a stay in Shibuya, nothing fancy but functional
Location was good nd staff were nice.
Check-out was tough, had to wait for nearly 15 minutes for the elevator just to get down from my floor - if you are checking out the same time as everyone else you better not be in a hurry - need a stairs option etc.

Pleasant
The hotel is very central and right next door is a Lawsons and down the street are loads of restaurants, mini stores, the shopping district, the Shibuya Scramble and the Tokyo metro stations. Hachiko is a 10min walk away, that's how central it is. The hotel gives you full amenities everyday and the staff are helpful and courteous.
The room we got was extremely small and with two large suitcases, it was really cramped. The duvet needs changing already as we saw that it was very yellow and stained. We also had the misfortune of staying at the hotel at the time that the elevators were undergoing checks and maintenance so we had to climb down 13 flights of stairs - an exterior set of metal fire stairs - one time.
